RedR have been supporting the response to the refugee crisis in Europe since September 2015, primarily by training volunteers and grassroots groups in the fundamentals of humanitarian principles and practice. I travelled to Lesbos to document their work on the island, both in the classroom and in refugee camps themselves. Without question, it was the most rewarding and humbling shoot I have ever done, and will probably ever do.

I have worked with Amy on several projects and she has always produced exceptional photographs. She has an amazing attention to detail and an extraordinary ‘eye’, often seeing and capturing a vital moment that could easily be missed by less talented individuals. 

I am happy to say a campaign we worked on together, that relied heavily on Amy’s photography, went on to win an award. 
The situations we have worked in together have often been quite challenging and I am grateful for her flexibility, accomplishment and quick wittedness at all times. She is a dedicated professional with a great team of assistants, who ensure that every shoot is calm and well organised. Amy insists on the highest standards for herself and everyone around her. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her.
